Kronenthal Holdings Inc. (KHI) is a Philippine-registered holdings and investment company. As financier, consolidator and developer, KHI unites capital, innovation and governance to deliver projects in housing, healthcare, urban transformation, food security and logistics.

What does KHI do?
KHI works with businesses to identify where they can grow and what they need to move forward. It evaluates opportunities, brings potential partners into discussions, and negotiates proposed investments for Board consideration.
When and where was KHI established?
KHI was registered on 28 April 2025. Its original office was in the Freeport Area of Bataan, and it later moved to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) to be closer to business partners and key government offices.
