KHI registered, 28 April
Incorporated in the Philippines by Anielyn V. Lelis and Timothy Lou O. Cruz.
At Kronenthal Holdings Inc. (KHI), our purpose begins with the everyday needs of Filipino communities. As a Philippine holding company, we pursue opportunities that can strengthen food security, improve connectivity, and support livelihoods, bringing together the expertise and partnerships needed to move worthwhile projects forward.
KHI was registered on 28 April 2025, with Anielyn V. Lelis and Timothy Lou O. Cruz as its incorporators. Our original office was in the Freeport Area of Bataan, administered by the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB). We later moved to Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a thriving international business hub in the Philippines, to be closer to business partners and key government offices. This location supports easier coordination and smoother business transactions.
